Interactive Masterplan & Sales Gallery Software
for Malaysian Developers

The scale model is the best thing in your gallery and the one thing a buyer cannot take home. RegalScene puts the whole development behind a link: clickable master plans, live unit availability, and enquiries that arrive with the unit attached.

An interactive city master plan with three residential towers labelled and clickable, each connected to live unit availability

A live RegalScene development. Towers, facilities, and precincts are clickable, and every unit behind them carries a real status.

The market

The sales gallery is the center of a Malaysian launch

Almost nothing else in the region is organized quite the way it is here. The gallery is a real institution: the scale model, the show unit, the wall of layouts, a team who can walk a buyer through the whole development in twenty minutes. It converts, which is exactly why developers keep building them.

The problem is not the gallery. It is everything the buyer does before they arrive and after they leave — the months ahead of the booking form, while they are still deciding which unit they want.

It closes

Most enquiry happens on a phone in the evening, after the gallery has shut. The buyer who was ready at 10pm on Tuesday is a different buyer by Saturday.

It is in one state

A gallery in Iskandar Puteri does not help the buyer comparing from Kuala Lumpur, and a KL gallery does not reach the Penang buyer who was interested last month.

It cannot be shared

The scale model is the best thing in the room and the one thing that cannot leave it. What leaves is a brochure, and a brochure cannot answer the next question.

It scales with headcount

Every buyer walked through the model needs a person. Volume is capped by how many people are on the floor that weekend.

By state

The product is not the same in every state

A Johor township and a KL tower are different sales problems, and the experience that supports them is different too.

Johor

Large multi-phase townships, precinct by precinct, plus cross-border interest from Singapore.

Buyers need to see how phases and precincts fit together over a development that will run for years, and a Singapore-side buyer needs all of it from a link rather than a drive.

Kuala Lumpur

High-rise, multi-tower, mixed-use and premium serviced product on tight sites.

The decision is a stacking decision. Which tower, which level, which facing, which layout, and what is genuinely still available on that floor today.

Selangor

Sprawling integrated townships released in phases over a decade or more.

Each new phase is effectively a launch, but the buyer wants to understand it as part of the whole township, including what is already built and lived in.

Penang

Waterfront, island and hillside sites where position and outlook carry the value.

Visually complex sites where a flat plan understates the product. Buyers need to understand orientation, elevation, and what a unit actually looks out at.

The platform

What the gallery gains

The master plan, made clickable

The plan on the gallery wall becomes a deep-zoom view buyers move through themselves: development, precinct, building, floor, unit. Large township plans stay fast in a browser.

Interactive master plan software

Tower stacking and unit status

Facade and floor-plate views with real availability on each unit, so a KL high-rise buyer can work down from the building to a specific layout without a phone call.

Availability that is actually current

Change a status once and it is current everywhere: your website, every agent link, every QR code already printed. Nothing is re-exported and nothing is re-sent.

Built for roadshows and mall booths

A QR code puts the full experience on the buyer's own phone at a mall booth or launch weekend, and the enquiry that follows still carries the unit they were looking at.

Sharing projects by QR and WhatsApp

Agencies and in-house teams on one source

Appointed agencies open the live project rather than a copy, and enquiries are attributed to whoever generated them. The developer still sees the whole pipeline.

Selling through multiple brokerages

What buyers looked at before enquiring

Which towers, floors, and layouts draw attention, which phases people return to, and where interest is concentrated before a release is priced.

Buyer intent and demand signals

Reach

Buyers who will not be driving to the gallery

Malaysian product sells well beyond the state it sits in. Johor developments draw Singapore-based buyers. KL high-rise draws interest from across the region and from agents working overseas markets. Those buyers make a real decision before they ever make the trip, and they make it on whatever the developer gave them.

A link that opens the whole development, with current availability and an enquiry attached to a specific unit, is a better answer than a PDF and a phone number. It also means the agent in Singapore and the agent in Johor are showing the same thing on the same day.

Proof

Try it instead of reading about it

The live showcase is a full RegalScene experience: a master plan with clickable buildings, unit availability on the facade, floor plans with per-unit status, and enquiry from the unit. It opens in a new tab and needs no sign-up.

How we work

Our home market

RegalScene is operated from Malaysia, so this is the one market on this site where we are not describing somewhere we sell into from a distance. The vocabulary on this page is the vocabulary we grew up with commercially — sales gallery and unbilled sales included.

Engagements start with what you already have: the master plan render, tower elevations, floor plates, and a unit list. We build the experience, you review it, and it publishes to a link for your website, your agents, your gallery touchscreen, or a QR code at a booth. Availability is yours to change from then on.

Pricing is scoped around the project rather than charged per unit, so a 1,500-unit township is not automatically priced above a 200-unit one. The pricing page sets out what shapes a project quote.

Malaysia FAQ

Is RegalScene a Malaysian company?
Yes. RegalScene is a product brand operated from Malaysia, and Malaysia is our home market as well as one we sell into. Work with developers in other countries across the region is delivered remotely from here.
Does this replace our sales gallery?
No, and we would be sceptical of anyone who said it did. The gallery is still where a serious buyer commits. This extends it: it works after closing, reaches buyers in other states and countries, and gives the buyer who visited on Saturday something real to go back to on Wednesday.
Can we use it on the touchscreen in the gallery itself?
Yes. The same experience runs on a gallery touchscreen, a tablet an agent carries, a mall booth, and the buyer's own phone. It is one project, not four builds, so what the agent shows and what the buyer takes home cannot drift apart.
We launch phase by phase over several years. Does that work?
That is the normal case here rather than an edge case. Phases are added to the same development over time, so a buyer sees the new release in the context of what is already built and sold, and previous phases keep their own views rather than being replaced.
Can Singapore-based buyers and agents use the same link?
Yes. A link or QR code works from anywhere, and availability is the same whichever side of the causeway it opens on. Cross-border interest in Johor product is one of the clearer cases for putting the whole development behind a link.

Extend your sales gallery

Send us the master plan, tower renders, or floor plates from a current launch, and we will walk through how they would work as a live experience your team and your agents can both sell from.
