1. About these terms

These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RegalScene marketing website (regalscene.com), the RegalScene public showcase (showcase.regalscene.com), public interactive demonstrations, public forms, public content and downloadable material, and other linked public RegalScene pages (together, the “website”).

These terms govern the public website only. They are not a customer’s RegalScene subscription agreement, master services agreement, order form, statement of work, data processing addendum or service-level agreement.

2. Legal operator

The website is operated by CARJOM TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD., a company incorporated in Malaysia. RegalScene is an independent product brand operated by CARJOM TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. and is not incorporated as a separate legal entity.

3. Acceptance

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Where explicit acceptance is required for a specific action, we will present it at that point.

4. Informational nature

Public website content is general product and commercial information. It is not legal, financial or investment advice, a property valuation, a binding quotation, a guarantee of project availability, a property offer, a customer contract or a service-level commitment.

5. Showcase and fictional content

The RegalScene showcase may contain fictional projects, organisations, prices, availability, licences, statistics, contact details and other illustrative material created solely to demonstrate the platform. Showcase content does not constitute a property listing, offer, representation, warranty, investment invitation or recommendation.

Actions inside the demonstration may simulate WhatsApp enquiries, email enquiries, booking requests, availability, unit selection, lead capture and developer communications. These actions must not be treated as interaction with a real developer or a real property unless clearly stated.

6. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view and evaluate the public website content for lawful business and informational purposes.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not: copy or redistribute website content without authorisation; scrape or harvest content at harmful or excessive scale; circumvent security or attempt unauthorised access; introduce malware; interfere with availability; impersonate any person; submit fraudulent enquiries; present fictional showcase content as genuine property information; reverse engineer where prohibited by law; extract proprietary configurations; conduct automated testing without authorisation; or misuse our trademarks or project assets.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot lawfully be restricted.

8. Intellectual property

The RegalScene name and logo, website content, interface designs, viewer technology, software, graphics, documentation and demonstration content are owned by or licensed to CARJOM TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. and are protected by applicable law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use them without our prior written consent.

9. Your submissions and enquiries

Information you submit through our forms may be used to respond to you, prepare an estimate, arrange a demonstration, evaluate a partnership and provide requested information, as described in our Privacy Notice. You agree to provide accurate and lawful information. We do not claim ownership of your enquiry content or project material beyond what is necessary to respond to and act on your request.

10. Links, embedded services and third parties

The website may link to or embed third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and access to them is at your own risk.

11. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue website content, demonstrations and features at any time without notice. This clause does not affect any commitment made under a separate customer agreement.

12. Pricing and quotations

Any prices shown on the website are indicative starting points. Final scope and pricing require evaluation, and website content is not a binding offer. Taxes, integrations, custom scope and additional services may affect pricing. A signed proposal, order form or agreement governs any customer purchase.

13. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent legally permissible. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CARJOM TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the public website. This clause does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability under any customer purchase is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

15. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for your misuse of the website and for content you submit in breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of your use of the website.

17. Suspension and protection

We may limit, suspend or withdraw access to the website where necessary for security, to prevent misuse, or to operate and protect the website and its users.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia are intended to have jurisdiction, subject to final legal review. This provision is a draft position pending confirmation.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date and last-updated date are shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
