The Reserve Residences in RegalScene: two high-rise projects, a landed township and a 3D module outlined on one masterplan
The Reserve Residences, a demonstration project built in RegalScene.

From masterplan to lead

From the masterplan to the lead your team can act on.

Buyers move from the whole development to a project, a tower and a unit, then enquire. Your team receives the lead with the unit, the request and the steps the buyer took.

Masterplan

The whole development in context: towers, landed homes and the 3D module on one plan.

The same journey works in your gallery in Johor, from an agency in Surabaya or on a buyer's phone in Singapore.

The regional picture

How property is sold across Southeast Asia.

The sales gallery
A launch centres on the gallery and its scale model, and the one thing a buyer can't take home.
Agency networks
Most volume moves through appointed agencies, brokerages and independent agents, often in several cities.
Buyers across borders
Buyers in Singapore look at Johor; diaspora and overseas investors shortlist before they ever visit.
Portals first
Buyers often meet a project on a property portal long before they reach the marketing office.
Several projects at once
Townships, towers and clusters, each with its own price list and release schedule.
Stock to sell
Where launches slow, the work moves to selling inventory that already exists, through every channel.

Malaysia

The gallery converts. RegalScene reaches the buyers it can't.

The same experience runs on the gallery touchscreen, an agent's tablet, a mall booth by QR code and the buyer's own phone after closing, and the enquiry still carries the unit they were looking at.

Johor
Multi-phase townships, with cross-border buyers from Singapore.
Kuala Lumpur
High-rise and mixed-use towers, where the choice is tower, level and layout.
Selangor
Integrated townships released in phases over many years.
Penang
Waterfront, island and hillside sites where the setting is part of the value.
Simpang Ria Township, Johor, in RegalScene: 20 landed homes with plot status and the distances to Singapore, Senai Airport and the Second Link
A landed township in Johor, from The Reserve Residences demonstration project.
Three residential towers and their shared amenities in RegalScene, each outlined with its details

Indonesia

One current plan for every agency, in every city.

A price change made in Jakarta reaches the agency in Surabaya and the partner in Singapore the next time they open the project, so the stock you already have is sold from one current version.

Apartemen
Tower, level and layout.
Rumah tapak
Landed homes, where position in the cluster decides the price.
Ruko
Shophouses, where frontage and corner position carry the value.
Kavling
Land plots: boundaries, frontage and what's sold around them.
Cluster
A named phase inside a larger township.

Across the region

  • Thailand

Bangkok condominiums sold to local and international buyers through agency networks.

Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi projects, often sold off-plan before completion.

  • Philippines

Metro Manila condominiums and townships, with buyers across the Filipino diaspora.

Questions

What developers ask first.

Is RegalScene a Malaysian company?

Yes. RegalScene is a product brand operated from Malaysia. Work with developers in other countries is delivered remote-first, with travel where projects require it.

Does this replace our sales gallery?

No. The gallery is still where a serious buyer commits. RegalScene extends it: it works after closing, reaches buyers in other states and countries, and runs on the gallery touchscreen too.

Can each agency have its own link?

Yes. Every agency opens the same current project through its own link, so enquiries are credited to whoever brought the buyer, and you still see the whole pipeline.

Which languages can buyers see?

English, plus one second language per project, such as Bahasa Melayu or Chinese.

See a development the way your buyers would.
