RegalScene Is No Longer Just for Residential Projects

RegalScene started with a clear purpose: help property developers turn static master plans into interactive digital sales experiences.

The early version focused mainly on residential use cases — villas, buildings, floors, and units. That was the right starting point because residential sales teams need a visual way to help buyers explore available homes, compare units, check prices, and submit interest directly from the map.

But real-world master plans are not always residential.

Some clients manage logistics zones. Some manage industrial parks. Others manage mixed-use destinations, commercial districts, airports, schools, healthcare campuses, or full city-scale developments.

That is why we upgraded RegalScene into a template-driven visual sales engine.

From hardcoded to configurable

Instead of hardcoding the system around "units," "bedrooms," "bathrooms," and "floor," RegalScene can now adapt to different asset types and business domains.

A residential project can still show bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, price, and unit availability.

A logistics free zone can show warehouses, available land plots, build-to-suit parcels, bonded access, loading docks, clear height, cold-chain readiness, power capacity, and lease options.

A commercial district can show retail units, office spaces, leasable area, tenant mix, floor levels, and availability status.

A coworking or flexible workspace can show hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, and meeting rooms — with per-desk terms, capacities, and live short-term availability.

This means RegalScene is no longer limited to one industry language. It can speak the client's language.

A more flexible platform

The result is a more flexible platform that helps teams create interactive sales journeys for almost any physical environment — without rebuilding the product for every new client.

RegalScene now supports:

  • Interactive master plans with multi-level scene navigation
  • Template-based inventory with custom asset types
  • Domain-specific CSV imports with validation
  • Dynamic viewer detail panels driven by project templates
  • Template-driven lead forms that capture domain-relevant information
  • Compare experiences that adapt to the asset type being compared
  • Public-safe asset detail loading for secure viewer experiences
  • Embedded viewer support for partner websites
  • Admin-controlled CTA behavior with per-project configuration

Built for the next chapter

This upgrade moves RegalScene closer to our broader vision: becoming a reusable digital sales center for developers, operators, and destination owners who need to turn complex physical spaces into clear, interactive, lead-generating experiences.

RegalScene is now built to support more than residential sales.

It is built to support how modern physical destinations are explored, understood, and sold.

Whether you manage a residential township, a logistics hub, a commercial retail destination, or a mixed-use development, RegalScene can adapt to your project's structure and business language — from the admin dashboard to the public viewer.

The platform is the same. The experience adapts to the project.
